Addy R.

Addy R. has a diverse work experience in various roles within the renewable energy industry. They started their career in 2009 as an HR and Marketing specialist at Brightway Building Services and later worked as a Bilingual Customer Service representative at Behr Paint. In 2010, they served as an Office Manager at SCE Inc.

In 2011, Addy joined Verengo Solar as a Business Analyst, where they evaluated the profitability of solar system projects. From 2013 to 2014, at Sungevity, they managed a national team of contractors installing PV systems and later led three teams as the Fund Administration Manager, improving project delivery time and pipeline management.

At American Solar Direct, Addy served as the Project Administration Manager, responsible for managing underwriting and interconnection teams and redesigning sales processes. They joined Sunrun in 2016 as the Manager of Strategic Project Operations, before transitioning to EDF Renewables North America in 2018.

At EDF Renewables, Addy held multiple roles, including Senior Project Manager, Senior Product Owner, Group Product Manager, and Senior Group Product Manager. Currently, they serve as the Director of Enterprise Data Governance.

Throughout their career, Addy has demonstrated a strong ability to manage projects, lead teams, implement process improvements, and drive cost savings within the renewable energy sector.

Addy R. holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business from ISEG Lille, which was obtained from 2003 to 2006. Prior to that, Addy R. completed their high school education at Lycee Paul Claudel, where they received a High School Diploma in Economics from 1999 to 2002. In terms of additional certifications, Addy R. has obtained the following: Certified Agile Leadership Essentials (CAL-E), Certified Agile Leadership for Orgs (CAL-O), Certified Agile Leadership for Teams (CAL-T), Product Manager Certificate, Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner (ACSPO), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
