Antoine Cognard

Antoine Cognard has extensive work experience in the renewable energy industry. Antoine has held various roles at EDF Renewables North America since 2012, including VP - Offshore Projects Delivery, Senior Director, Offshore Implementation, Director, Implementation, Manager, Implementation, and Program Manager. In these positions, they have been responsible for establishing project organizations, managing budgets and schedules, and coordinating stakeholders. Antoine Cognard has also served as a Member of the Board of Directors at the National Offshore Wind Research & Development Consortium since 2020. In addition, they worked as a Delivery Manager at Atlantic Shores Offshore Wind LLC, leading the Technical Team on RFPs and Auctions. Prior to this, they were a Project Manager at EDF Energies Nouvelles, where they oversaw the delivery of various solar and wind projects.

Antoine Cognard completed their Master's degree in industrial engineering with a focus on Energy Systems from IMT Atlantique in the years 2004 to 2008. Antoine also had a brief stint at Technische Universität Berlin in 2007, but no degree or field of study information is available for that period.
