Prior roles include Vice President of Information Systems and Vice President Information Technology, focusing on strategic IT planning and resource management. Before joining Edfinancial Services, Ben Fiedler operated as an independent IT consultant, providing services in SQL database administration and IT security analysis. Additionally, as the Owner and CIO of In10sity Interactive from 1997 to 2009, Ben Fiedler managed IT vendor negotiations, system performance planning, and established comprehensive IT security policies to meet regulatory standards.
