Crystal Jackson

Crystal Jackson has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Crystal is currently working as a Business Intelligence Analyst at Edfinancial Services since July 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Ballad Health as a Business Application Analyst from September 2018 to July 2021. In this role, they were responsible for maintaining and developing applications for the Revenue Cycle and Business Financial teams. Crystal had extensive experience in SQL development and analysis, working with Oracle and MS SQL. Crystal also implemented ETL packages and automation using SSIS, C#, and T-SQL. One of their notable achievements was designing and implementing an automated ETL process for vendor database updates.

Before joining Ballad Health, Crystal worked as an ERP Analyst/Software Developer at Crown Laboratories, Inc. from May 2017 to September 2018. Crystal'sresponsibilities included creating and maintaining front-end web resources for consumer use.

Earlier in their career, Crystal worked as a Registered Respiratory Therapist at Mountain States Health Alliance from June 2012 to April 2016, and at Wellmont Health System from May 2011 to June 2012. In these roles, they provided routine and emergent respiratory care to patients, including ventilator management, ABG draws, and analysis. Crystal also assessed, treated, diagnosed, and documented patient records.

Crystal's work experience also includes a role as a Shift Manager at Zaxby's Franchising LLC from October 2008 to May 2011.

Crystal Jackson attended East Tennessee State University from 2007 to 2011, where they pursued a degree in Allied Health-Cardiopulmonary Science, specializing in Respiratory Care Therapy/Therapist. Crystal later returned to the same university from 2015 to 2017 and completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
