Z. Arzu Kutlu

Z. Arzu Kutlu has extensive experience in the payments and financial services industry, currently serving as an Associate at Edgar, Dunn & Company since August 2022, and as a Founder of 360D Consultancy since October 2016, which specializes in payment solutions. As a Senior Instructor and Advisor at FinTech Istanbul since June 2021, Z. Arzu Kutlu has contributed significantly to the field. Previously, Z. Arzu Kutlu held various key positions at BKM Bankalararası Kart Merkezi from October 2007 to June 2021, including roles such as Senior Vice President for Payment Platforms Management & Regulations and Vice President for Payment Platforms Product Management, where involvement in the founding and management of Turkey's National Payment System "TROY" Project took place. Early career experiences span several managerial positions at HSBC Bank Turkey and other financial institutions, with a strong emphasis on chargeback management and card-related projects. Z. Arzu Kutlu earned a BS in Economics from Istanbul University and attended Ankara Lisesi for secondary education.
