Steve Glaser

Steve Glaser is a seasoned executive and advisor with extensive experience in strategy, marketing, leadership, and communications across various sectors. Currently serving as a Fractional Executive, Advisor, and Coach at Manage_It and as a member of advisory boards at San Jose State University and the San Jose State Lucas College and Graduate School of Business, Steve also holds executive roles at Plug and Play Tech Center and Berkeley SkyDeck, where mentoring start-ups is a key focus. Previously, Steve was the CEO of ComfortZones Digital, leading its mission to enhance workplace productivity, and served as Managing Director at Copia Growth Partners, providing strategic guidance to technology companies. Their earlier roles include Senior VP of Corporate Strategy and Marketing at Xilinx, where Steve significantly contributed to the company's strategic transformation and increased market value. Steve holds an MBA from The University of British Columbia and a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from UC Santa Barbara.
