Allen Gardner

Allen Gardner has a strong background in aerospace engineering and technology development. Allen'smost recent position was as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Edge Autonomy, starting in October 2022. Prior to that, they served as the CTO at Skydweller Aero from July 2017 to September 2022. Allen also worked at Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems, where they held the position of Chief Architect from December 2013 to June 2017. Before that, they were the Chief Engineer at AME Unmanned Air Systems, leading the design and development of unmanned vehicles and creating advanced algorithms for real-time aircraft management. Allen also worked as an Aeronautical Engineer at Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems, where they developed a mission planning system and conducted risk assessments and mission effectiveness analysis for low observable aircraft.

Allen Gardner obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Utah State University from 1997 to 2001. Allen further pursued their education at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from 2001 to 2003.
