Garrett Bonfanti

Garrett Bonfanti has a diverse range of work experience in various roles. Garrett started their career as a Sales Associate at Best Buy, where they learned to interact well with customers and provide satisfactory solutions to their needs. Garrett then transitioned to Geek Squad, where they held multiple roles such as Consultation Agent, Geek Squad Repair Agent, and Precinct Lead. In these roles, they performed hardware and software diagnostics, managed repair processes, and ensured compliance with data privacy procedures. Garrett also worked as a Helpdesk Technician at Continuum Managed Services, providing remote assistance for computer issues.

Garrett then joined Acton Partners Consulting as an Assistant, where they supported daily operations. Garrett later worked at Uber as a Developmental Vehicle Operator.

In 2018, Garrett became a UX Consultant at Rewyndr, where they developed and executed a research plan to transfer operator processes to a digital mobile experience. Garrett conducted ethnographic research, created wireframes and prototypes, and presented findings to executive staff.

Garrett also served as a UX Designer at Netkiller Inc., where they maintained websites, integrated new features, and created training materials for software products. Currently, Garrett is working as a Product Designer at Edge Case Research.

In addition to their professional experience, they also gained managerial skills as a Manager at Shake and Twist, where they managed day-to-day responsibilities and utilized local advertising channels to promote the business.

Garrett Bonfanti has a diverse educational background. In 2009, they enrolled at Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy. Garrett successfully completed this degree program in 2013. Concurrently, Garrett also studied English Language and Literature, General at Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in the same year.

In 2016, Garrett furthered their education by attending the Austin Center for Design. During their time there, they earned a certification in Interaction Design, which they completed in 2017. Overall, Garrett Bonfanti's education history reveals a commitment to both the humanities and design fields.
