Richard Stanley possesses extensive educational leadership experience, currently serving as the Head of Humanities and Interim Headteacher at Edge Grove School since August 2022. Engaging in self-employment since December 2021, Richard Stanley works as a Performance Coach, Education Mentor, and Development Specialist, focusing on empowering individuals and organizations through coaching and mentoring. Prior to these roles, Richard Stanley was the Headmaster at The Ridge School in Johannesburg, South Africa from January 2015 to August 2021, and at Highbury Preparatory School from January 1995 to December 2014.
