Allison Ramsey-Henry's work experience includes roles in various companies. Allison started their career at H&R Block in 2007 as an Office Manager. Later, they joined Leprechaun HCC Managment in 2008 as a Scanning Supervisor. In 2011, they worked at Cellstar Wireless as an Assistant Manager. Allison then moved to Cannon Group in 2013, initially as a Wireless Support Technician and later as a Mobility Program Specialist. In 2021, they joined EDGE On Demand as an Onboarding Specialist. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Customer Success at EDGE On Demand, where they are responsible for overseeing customer relationships and ensuring their success.
Allison Ramsey-Henry has a diverse education history. Allison completed their Master of Science (MS) degree in Data Science at Eastern University in 2023. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Sociology from Lehigh University in the years 2013 to 2015. Before pursuing their master's degree, they obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology from American Public University in 2013.
Allison also has certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Allison achieved Basic Proficiency in KNIME Analytics Platform from KNIME in May 2022. Additionally, they obtained the Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 certification from SuccessHACKER in December 2021. Furthermore, Allison completed the Python for Everybody Specialization certification from Coursera in October 2020.
