Allon Gladstone

Allon Gladstone has a diverse work experience spanning over 24 years in various industries such as finance, technology, and startups. Allon began their career as a broker's assistant for high net worth clients at Morgan Stanley Dean Witter in 1997. Allon then worked as an accounting department manager at Comp & Soft Data Experts in 1998 and as a technology developer at Data Experts Consultants in 1999. Allon managed a $50M stock and bond portfolio as an assistant analyst at Harris Managed Funds from 1999 to 2000. Allon joined Alcatel-Lucent in 2000 as a senior analyst and held various roles such as senior business modeler, senior manager of location-based services partnerships, and global director of business development. Allon also worked at Alcatel-Lucent Bell Labs as a senior analyst. In 2011, Allon founded hereO, where they served as a co-founder and COO until 2022.
