Andy Chmilenko

Andy Chmilenko is a Senior Software Developer at EDGLRD since July 2023, contributing to the Design Collective to support creators' needs and vision. Prior to this, Andy worked at Unity from September 2020 to July 2023 in various capacities, including developing the PolySpatial Subsystem for AR/XR applications and leading the Metacast project for volumetric rendering. Experience also includes core and lead programming roles at Gameloft, focusing on titles such as LEGO Legacy: Heroes Unboxed and Uno & Friends, along with early career roles in game development and support at Snowball Inc. and George Brown College. Andy holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics with a specialization in Astrophysics from the University of Waterloo and an Ontario Advanced Diploma in Computer Games and Programming Skills from George Brown College.
