Eric Kohn

Eric Kohn currently serves as the Head of Film Strategy and Development at EDGLRD, where responsibilities include managing the development of feature films and executing film launch strategies. As an Adjunct Professor at New York University, Eric has instructed over 200 students in American film criticism and journalism. Eric's prior experience at IndieWire spanned over 16 years, culminating in the role of Vice President, Editorial Strategy and Executive Editor, where leadership and performance metrics were a focus. Eric has contributed extensively to film journalism through various roles, including Chief Film Critic and Senior Editor, and has freelance experience with leading publications. Eric Kohn holds a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Arts in Cinema Studies from New York University.
