Mariana Aguirre is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in business and nutrition. Since August 2020, Mariana has served as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic body care products and environmental sustainability. Mariana also holds a position as Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous experience includes ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, work as a nutritionist at a private clinic from February 2016 to 2019, and serving as a university lecturer in applied mathematics in nutrition and food history at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017. Educational qualifications include a diploma in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a Bachelor’s degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
