Leadership Team

The current leadership team at Edible Arrangements has a rich history in the food and healthcare industries, as well as experience with franchising. The team is composed of individuals who have served on the board of directors for Wellstar Health System and the International Franchise Association. In addition, the team's founder and CEO, Tariq Farid, also founded Incredible Edibles and serves as the managing partner of Farids & Co. LLC. Finally, the team has a wide range of educational backgrounds, including studies in general studies and executive education from Harvard Business School.
