Micah Scott

Micah Scott is an experienced professional in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Assistant General Manager at Edible Beats since June 2023. Prior to this role, Micah was the Beverage Director at Pindustry from March 2021 to June 2023 and the Bar Manager at Pendry Hotels from January 2017 to December 2019, where responsibilities included managing beverage orders, cost control, and cocktail development.
