Lavina Phillips

Lavina Phillips has extensive experience in transportation and administrative roles, currently serving as a Special Needs Route Programmer for Edina Public Schools since June 2021. Previously, Lavina held the position of School Bus Driver within the Edina Public School district from October 2015 to December 2021 and worked as a bus and train operator for the Metropolitan Council of the Twin Cities from January 2011 to October 2015. Early career experiences include roles as a Warranty Administrator at Walser Chevrolet and as an Administrative Assistant at PAB Widener. Lavina earned an Associate's Degree in Business Management and Human Resources from Eastern Gateway Community College between 2018 and 2020, and attended the University of Wyoming from 1981 to 1982.
