Jamar Hardy

Jamar Hardy has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. In their most recent role, they are currently serving as the President of Minneapolis Area REALTORS® since January 2024. Additionally, they served as the Diversity and Inclusion Team Chair from 2018 to 2021.

Prior to their career in real estate, Jamar founded and served as the CEO of Underground Music & Fashion, an organization dedicated to promoting underground music and fashion.

Furthermore, Jamar has had involvement in professional organizations such as the Minneapolis Area Association of REALTORS® as a Member of the Board of Directors from 2014 to 2017.

Jamar began their professional journey at JCPenney as a Merchandise Assistant, followed by a Sales Team Lead position at Target.
