Julia Gilbank

Julia Gilbank currently serves as the Retail Operations Manager at Edinburgh Airport since May 2023. With extensive experience in retail and research, Julia held various positions at Heathrow from 2014 to 2023, including Retail Account Manager and Research & Insight Project Manager, where responsibilities included managing research projects and presenting findings to senior management. Additionally, Julia has been a Guide Leader with the Girl Guides since 2009, planning and executing activities for young girls. Julia's earlier career includes an analyst position at the Royal Bank of Scotland focused on customer data analysis and a role as College of Science & Engineering Convenor at Glasgow University Students' Representative Council. Julia holds an MSci in Statistics with Work Placement from The University of Glasgow.
