Francesco Muscente

Francesco Muscente has a diverse work experience. Francesco started their career at EY in 2004, where they worked in management consulting for over a decade. In 2016, they joined ASSISTENZA CASA S.P.A as a Sales & Marketing professional, where they stayed until 2019. At ASSISTENZA CASA S.P.A, Francesco held various roles. Then, they moved to Edison SpA where they took on the role of Area Sales Manager from April 2019 to April 2020. Later, they became the Head of Customer Experience in May 2020, and eventually, the Head of Marketing Strategy & Customer Experience in July 2022, where they currently work.

From 2000 to 2004, Francesco Muscente attended Università Bocconi where they pursued a degree in Business Administration and Management.
