Audoin Roche is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Group Chief Financial Officer at EDL since June 2022 and Chief Strategy Officer at smartTrade Technologies since January 2018. With a strong background in financial strategy and operations, Audoin has been integral in leading cross-functional projects, enhancing ARR growth, and increasing EBITDA margins at smartTrade Technologies, a fintech company specializing in liquidity management systems. Prior roles include Chief Financial Officer at smartTrade Technologies, focusing on financial strategy and risk management, and a position in Transaction Services & Restructuring at EIGHT ADVISORY, where due diligence for private equity funds was performed. As a co-founder and CEO of Au Poil, Audoin managed all aspects of a made-in-France underwear brand. Audoin Roche holds a Master in Management from ESCP Business School and a Master in Finance from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
