Dennis Chia

Dennis Chia is an experienced operations manager with a robust background in power generation and gas field management. Currently, Dennis serves as the Operations Manager for EDL, overseeing power generation plants and coal gas field operations in New South Wales since January 2016. Previously, Dennis held dual roles at AGL Energy from 2005 to December 2015, contributing as Asset - Operations Manager and Production Operations Manager, with accountability for safe and cost-effective operations. Dennis also worked at Shell & Petronas as an Offshore Installation Manager and Operations Manager from 1993 to 2005. Educationally, Dennis holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of Canberra, completed in 1992.
