Matteo Fusco is a skilled project leader in Business Intelligence (BI) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) with extensive experience in facilitating project execution and team management at EDM Informatica since April 2016. Holding various roles, including Project Delivery Manager and Business Analyst & Consultant, Matteo specializes in budget monitoring, project estimation, and process analysis for organizational digitalization. Prior roles include Logistics and Management Engineer at GEVEN SpA Aircraft Seating and Interiors and a formative internship at the Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II, where Matteo developed cost modeling skills.
