Matt Schlukebier

Matt Schlukebier, CPWA (CPACC, WAS), has over 20 years of experience in web and software development. Matt currently serves as the Lead Software Engineer at Edmentum, where they have been working since 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Software Engineer at the same company.

Before joining Edmentum, Matt owned Mystic Consulting LLC, starting in 2019. Matt held the role of Owner and was responsible for providing consulting services.

From 2014 to 2019, Matt worked at LearnNowOnline as a Senior Software Developer. In this role, they updated existing web and software codebase, served as a team lead, and collaborated internally to find custom solutions using WPF/C# applications.

Matt's previous experience includes working as a Web/IT Coordinator at the Better Business Bureau of Minnesota and North Dakota from 2009 to 2014. Matt oversaw website redesign efforts, developed web applications, and launched websites using responsive design.

Matt also worked as a Web Developer at Groups Meetings Incentives from 2007 to 2008, where they created proof of concept for a product, developed web applications for event registration, and worked directly with external partners.

Matt has also obtained multiple certifications, including the IAAP Certified Professional in Web Accessibility (CPWA), Web Accessibility Specialist (WAS), and Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies (CPACC) from the IAAP - International Association of Accessibility Professionals. Additionally, they completed a course in Accessibility for Web Design from LinkedIn and is a Professional Member of the IAAP.
