Throughout their career, Susan has been responsible for driving and deploying strategic training and enablement activities, creating and leading global enablement teams, establishing employee resource groups, designing and implementing corporate training programs, and managing large-scale training initiatives. Susan has also focused on improving sales processes, increasing productivity, and aligning sales strategy with business objectives. Susan Savona has a diverse education history. Susan obtained a Master's degree in Learning Sciences and another Master's degree in Training and Organizational Development from Lesley University between 1998 and 2000. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from Fitchburg State University from 1992 to 1994. Susan also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in International Marketing from the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 1985 to 1989. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications in MEDDIC from Sales Meddic Group in 2019 and holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) from Dell EMC.
