Odeya Meltzer

Odeya Meltzer is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Edmond De Rothschild Partnerships since May 2021. Prior to this role, Odeya held the position of Human Resources Business Partner at Unilever, focusing on HR functions for 300 employees within a factory management context from 2019 to May 2021. Odeya's career also includes a significant tenure at Strauss Group from 2008 to 2019, where Odeya advanced to HRBP Unit Director, leading the introduction and implementation of HR strategies in the supply chain division. Earlier experience includes working as a Recruitment Coordinator at Bezeq International from 2005 to 2008.
