Cindy Medynski

Cindy Medynski is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in event management and sports marketing. Currently serving as the Director of Sport & Culture Events at Explore Edmonton Corporation since January 2017, Cindy is instrumental in attracting and ensuring the success of major events in collaboration with the City of Edmonton. Previous roles include positions at Northlands, where responsibilities encompassed corporate partnerships and client relations, and at World Triathlon, focusing on stakeholder management and event planning. Additionally, Cindy contributed to the success of the FIFA Women’s World Cup Canada 2014 through community outreach and ticket sales initiatives. With a Bachelor of Commerce in International Business from MacEwan University and a record of developing promotional strategies and managing key partnerships, Cindy Medynski represents a strong asset in the sports and cultural events sector.
