Kirsty Reynolds is an experienced professional with a strong focus on entrepreneurship, investment, and sustainable business practices. Currently serving as an EHF Fellow at the Edmund Hillary Fellowship since October 2020, Kirsty works towards fostering innovation and investment in transformative solutions. As a Director at Ice Angels since November 2015, Kirsty plays a key role in supporting startup teams, having contributed to over $106 million in investments into 165 companies. Additional roles include being an Activator at Coralus, an Investor at Tuhua Ventures, and having previously served as a Director at Tahi, Vice President of the French New Zealand Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and Member of the Auckland Executive Committee for ExportNZ. Kirsty's earlier career included positions as Export Manager at New Zealand Sugar Company and Marketing Manager at Karaka Lakes Ltd, alongside founding Reynolds & Young Ltd. Kirsty holds a Bachelor of Arts in French and Japanese, as well as a Bachelor of Business Studies in Marketing from Massey University.
