Richard White has a diverse work experience history. Richard started their career as a Physics TA/Grader at Richard Stockton College in 2011. During this time, they also worked as a Physics and Mathematics Tutor at the Richard Stockton College Tutoring Center, where they demonstrated mathematical techniques in Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry and provided thorough explanations of material to students of different skill levels.

In 2014, Richard joined Edmunds GovTech as a Software Specialist, managing software implementation projects that involved data conversions, data analysis, and training customers and staff on software applications. Richard then progressed to the role of Software Developer, where they developed automation software for data pipelines and integrations, trained and mentored newer developers, and led development projects.

In 2018, Richard became a Senior Data Engineer at Edmunds GovTech, where they built and deployed frameworks and APIs to improve performance and generalize business logic. Richard also created data-oriented design models for scaling software projects, resulting in a significant increase in client implementations throughput.

In 2020, Richard was promoted to the role of Data Engineering Team Lead, where they led a team of developers in building ETL/ELT pipelines, DAGs, and integrations using Agile software development principles. Richard also played a critical role in modernizing and rolling out Open Source software and data analytics tool-chains and technologies.
