Kelcey Stevens, ACC, CSM, CRC

Kelcey Stevens, ACC, CSM, CRC has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Starting from 2022, Kelcey worked as a Sr. Talent Consultant at Principal Financial Group. In the same year, Kelcey also served as a Certified Leadership Coach at Koach.net and GrowthSpace.

In 2021, Kelcey worked as a Certified Leadership Coach at Ezra Coaching and EdMyst - The Talent Transformation Platform.

From 2019 to 2022, Kelcey worked at Sharonview FCU, first as an Organizational Leadership Adviser and then as a Retail Delivery Success Coach.

Kelcey has also been involved in co-founding and managing Ola Solutions Group from 2018 to 2021.

Earlier in their career, Kelcey held positions at Santander Bank, N.A. as a Director - Relationship Banker Program and a Licensed Bank Employee Program Manager.

Prior to that, Kelcey worked at Capital One, where they served as a Sr. Manager in various departments, including National Advice and Planning Sales Strategy, Branch Investing and Small Business Sales & Service Strategy, and Sales & Service Field Expert - Branch Sales & Service Strategy. Initially, at Capital One, Kelcey held the position of Manager - Licensed Bank Associate Wholesaler.

Starting their career, Kelcey worked at HSBC, first as an AVP - Premier Relationsip Manager and later as a Licensed Sales Professional & Small Business Specialist.

Throughout their work experience, Kelcey has honed skills in areas such as talent consulting, leadership coaching, organizational leadership advising, and relationship management.

Kelcey Stevens obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies from Canisius College, where they studied from 1997 to 1999. They went on to pursue a Masters degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Banking & Finance at Dowling College from 2005 to 2007. In 2021, Kelcey received a Certificate in Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion from Cornell University and a Certificate in Foundations in Design Thinking from IDEO U. Additionally, Kelcey has obtained several certifications, including Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation in August 2021.
