Neeta Mathur

Neeta Mathur has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies. Neeta began their career in 1995 as a Dy Manager-HR at Engineers India Ltd, where they served as an HR Generalist and held responsibilities such as Performance Management, OD Interventions, Training, and Recruitment. In 2006, Neeta founded People Solutions Inc., where they worked as the Founder & Principal Consultant, providing valuable consulting services. Neeta continued to expand their expertise by taking on multiple roles in different organizations. These include being an Adjunct Professor at IBS Gurgaon since 2017, a Sr Vice President (HRM)-Advisory at Protecon BTG Pvt Ltd from 2015, and a Visiting Faculty at BRIDGE School of Management from 2017 to 2018.
