Al Amin

Al Amin has extensive experience in the telecommunications and energy sectors, currently serving in Energy Operations at edotco Group since February 2016. Responsibilities include ensuring operational support for power systems according to service level agreements and managing regional support to fulfill zonal key performance indicators. Previously, Al Amin worked as an Executive at Robi Axiata Limited, where customer satisfaction and lead generation were primary focuses, and at aamra technologies limited, where product promotion and repair were emphasized. Al Amin holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Information Technology and Sciences, obtained in 2015.
