Ana Rubí Vargas Arévalo has a diverse work experience ranging from legal roles to human resources management. Ana Rubí started their career as a Legal Intern at Estudio Murillo Abogados in 2010, where they gained experience in supporting the elaboration of strategies in judicial procedures, preparing legal reports, and drafting contracts. Ana Rubí then worked as a Paralegal at Benites, Vargas & Ugaz Abogados from 2012 to 2015, providing legal advice to national and foreign companies, supporting clients in audits of the Public Administration, and preparing strategies and follow-up processes.

In 2015, Ana Rubí joined Estudio Hernández & Ugarelli as an Associate, continuing their legal advisory work.
