Taneli Leppänen

Taneli Leppänen is an experienced application engineer at EDRMedeso Simulation, where Taneli has been developing simulation solutions since September 2019, serving as the lead developer for CloudConnect Mechanical. Prior to this role, Taneli worked at Kongsberg Maritime as a thesis worker, where the thesis focused on thruster driveline digital twin technology and included work at Rolls-Royce where preliminary research commenced. Taneli's diverse experience also includes positions as a trainee in technology and analysis at Rolls-Royce Rauma, workshop manager trainee at Venator Materials Plc, maintenance mechanic trainee at Huntsman Corporation, and plant operator trainee at Pori Energia Oy. Taneli has a strong educational background with a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from both Tampere University of Technology and Czech Technical University in Prague, alongside a Bachelor of Engineering from Tampere University of Technology.
