Michael Muthoka

Michael Muthoka is a skilled Metallurgical Engineer currently employed at EDRO Engineering and Specialty Steels, Inc. since January 2017, where expertise in custom metal bases and specialty steels for the plastics tooling industry is utilized. Previously, Muthoka served as a Senior Design Project/Team Leader at Sikorsky, focusing on the significance of protective paint in aircraft design, and contributed as a Fracture and Fatigue Analyst in Research & Development at Westmoreland Mechanical Testing and Research Ltd. Additionally, an externship at Borton-Lawson as a Structural Rehab Analyst provided valuable experience. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Materials Science and Engineering with a focus on Metallurgy from Penn State University, complemented by a high school education in Engineering from Easton Area High School.
