Jess Whitehead has a diverse background in Client Success, Sales, and Recruitment. Currently serving as Head of Client Success at Edrolo, Jess has also held positions such as Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, and Junior Learning Innovation Associate. Prior to their current role, Jess worked at Oscar as a Service Delivery Consultant and Recruitment Consultant, specializing in IT Professionals in various regions. Jess holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Physical Education Teaching and Coaching from Liverpool John Moores University.
