She has extensive experience in steel and manufacturing from previous roles at Flack Global Metals and Aetna Building Solutions. Y’Lonn has 20 years of HR experience in various industries including non-profit, healthcare, education, consulting, metals, and manufacturing. She has a BA in Journalism from Columbia College and Masters in Human Resources Management from Keller Graduate School of Management.
