Kate P. has extensive experience in landscape architecture and urban design, currently serving as a Designer at EDSA, Inc. since January 2018 and as a Scan|Design Intern at Schulze + Grassov ApS. Prior roles include serving as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Washington, where Kate P. facilitated multiple undergraduate and graduate seminars in landscape architecture, and as an Upward Bound Summer Academy Instructor, assisting students in their educational pursuits. Additionally, Kate P. coordinated the EcoReps initiative focused on sustainability within the university. Educational qualifications include a Master of Landscape Architecture and a Master of Urban Design and Planning from the University of Washington, along with a Bachelor of Urban Planning from the University of Cincinnati. Previous internships include roles at various organizations, such as The Jerde Partnership and the Congress for the New Urbanism, strengthening expertise in urban planning and environmental design.
