Sid Phillips

Sid Phillips serves as the Chief Growth Officer, Chief Development Officer, and Senior Vice President at Hanover Research since March 2007, leading business development across various sectors including Corporate, Healthcare, Education, and NGOs. Responsibilities include achieving aggressive revenue targets, developing training programs, and improving sales support functions. As Managing Director, Sid focused on expanding Hanover's services into K-12 education, assisting numerous administrators with research and strategic planning. Sid also holds advisory positions at EdSights, GP Ventures, and Livingtree, providing expertise in growth strategies and talent acquisition. Currently mentoring in the Techstars program, Sid is advancing education and tech sectors in the DMV area. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia and ongoing certifications from Stanford University and Harvard University in organizational leadership.
