Vijay Prasad KolKata is an experienced professional in the field of training and development, currently serving as the Training Excellence Manager at EduBridge Learning Pvt. Ltd. since December 2022. Prior to this, Vijay held the position of AGM - Training Excellence at MITM in Midnapur, West Bengal, where responsibilities included assessing training needs and reviewing existing materials. From October 2021 to August 2022, Vijay contributed to EduBridge Learning as the Manager of Training Excellence, focusing on maximizing employee performance and mentoring on various HR processes. Previous roles included Training Manager at Orion Edutech Pvt.
