Faustina Bohling has had a diverse range of work experiences over the years. Faustina is currently the Vice President of People Operations at Education Analytics, a position they have held since December 2019. Prior to that, they worked as the Diversity and Inclusion Program Manager at American Family Insurance from January 2018 to December 2019.

Faustina also has experience working at non-profit organizations such as the United Way of Dane County, where they served as the Director of Human Resources from March 2015 to January 2018. In this role, they were responsible for various HR duties including recruitment, benefit administration, and performance management. Faustina also served as the Assistant Director of Leadership Giving at United Way from February 2014 to March 2015, where they played a key role in fundraising efforts.

Before joining the United Way, Faustina worked as a Dane County Service Area Representative at Second Harvest Foodbank from August 2013 to February 2014. Faustina also worked as a College Access Outreach Specialist at Great Lakes Higher Education from October 2011 to June 2013.

Earlier in their career, Faustina held the position of Director of Diversity and US Chapters at the Wisconsin Alumni Association from November 2007 to October 2011. Faustina also served as a Human Resources Coordinator at the Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority (WHEDA) from December 2001 to December 2007.

Overall, Faustina Bohling has extensive experience in HR, diversity and inclusion, program management, and non-profit work.

Faustina Bohling pursued their education journey with determination, starting in 1993 at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. There, they spent six years dedicated to their studies, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology in 1999. After taking a break from formal education, in 2013 Faustina enrolled at Edgewood College. Faustina dedicated a year of their life to enhance their knowledge in the area of Sustainability Leadership. Although their time at Edgewood College didn't lead to a specific degree, it provided their with valuable expertise in their chosen field of study.
