Exhilda Mwange Tembo

Exhilda Mwange Tembo is an experienced Human Resources Manager with a robust background in HR operations, policy formulation, and employee relations, currently serving at the Education Development Center since April 2020 and previously at John Snow, Inc. since July 2008. Exhilda has overseen HR activities including recruitment processes, employee performance assessments, and staff development, ensuring compliance with labor laws. Notably, Exhilda contributed to the USAID PEPFAR SAFE Project and was involved in administering employee welfare and benefits at Chemonics International, where leadership in HR operations and team strategy development was demonstrated. Exhilda holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Cavendish University Zambia.
