Gemma is responsible for defining the strategic approach to delivering business improvement across the employability and careers directorate. A member of the directorates’ senior leadership team and contributes to the drive and delivery of a relentless focus on beneficiaries through continual service improvement and change delivery. Developing and directing the improvement strategy.Gemma is passionate about creating opportunities and an environment where people are empowered to own their own development and grow. Gemma is a Board Director of the Institute of Employability Professionals, the membership body for employability professionals.
