Ernest Peterson

Ernest Peterson currently serves as the Chief Talent & Strategy Officer at Education for Change Public Schools and holds the position of Director of Special Projects at the same organization since August 2021. In addition, Peterson is a Board Member of Invictus Academy since July 2022. Previous experience includes roles as High School Principal at Leadership Public Schools, Chief of Schools at Caliber Schools, and Turnaround Principal at Achievement First, where responsibilities included stabilizing a school and mentoring the former principal.
