Miriam Lavender

Miriam Lavender is an experienced educator with a career spanning over a decade in various instructional and program coordination roles. Currently serving as a Teacher at Education for Change Public Schools since August 2012, Miriam has also held teaching positions at the San Francisco Unified School District and E.R. Taylor Elementary School. Prior to these roles, Miriam gained valuable experience as a Senior Lead Instructor at Galileo Learning and as a Program Coordinator at Playworks. Educational credentials include a Multiple Subjects Teaching Credential from San Francisco State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
