Richard Barnard

Richard Barnard has extensive experience in educational leadership and operations, currently serving as the Director of School Operations at Education in Motion since November 2021, where responsibilities include leading strategic initiatives, seeking operational efficiencies, and contributing to sustainability and safeguarding efforts. Previously, Richard held the role of Managing Director at Dulwich International High Schools in China, overseeing two schools and devising growth strategies. Prior positions also include Director of School Development at Dehong Chinese International School, Project Director at Dulwich College Management overseeing major international school projects in Myanmar, and various roles in business development and brand strategy. Richard holds an International MBA from IE Business School and a BA in English Literature from the University of Bristol.
