Lisa Knox

Lisa Knox has extensive experience in account operations and management, currently serving as an Account Operations Coordinator at ENA since November 2020. Prior to this role, Lisa worked as an Account Services Manager at CatchOn Inc., an ENA affiliate, and also held the same position at Education Networks of America from January 2014 to October 2020. Lisa's career includes various sales roles, starting as an Inside Account Executive at HP Networking and Enterasys Networks, and progressing to positions such as Account Manager at Coeur d'Com Communications and Partner Account Manager at SkillSoft. With a strong foundation in account management dating back to 1995, Lisa's expertise spans multiple aspects of inside sales and account services across different regions.
