Mary Padden

Mary Padden has a strong background in education research and policy, with experience ranging from being a special education teacher to holding research positions in various organizations. Currently, Mary is a doctoral candidate at the University of Washington, pursuing a PhD in Education Policy. Prior to their current role, Mary worked as a Regional Director at The Urban Leaders Fellowship and as a Director at Oakland Promise. Mary has also held positions at Seattle Public Schools, Oakland Unified School District, and San Francisco Unified School District. Mary holds a Bachelor's Degree in Public Policy Analysis from Pomona College and a Master's of Education in Education Policy from the University of Washington.
