Nick Vaughan

Nick Vaughan is a seasoned professional in business rules and design, currently serving as a Business Rules Specialist at Education Payroll since October 2023. Prior experience includes leading the Business Knowledge/Rules team at the Ministry of Health New Zealand, focusing on integrated business design in health sector agreements. Nick has held various leadership roles at Inland Revenue NZ, including Service Lead for Change Design and Delivery, and has experience as a Design Manager for Business Rules. Additional positions include Change Manager for the Business Connect initiative at the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment, and a Consultant at eNVit + UX Consulting. Nick's career also encompasses senior management roles at Westpac New Zealand and AMP Financial Services, along with significant experience in technology architecture across multiple organizations.
