Isabella Twaites has been with Education Perfect since January 2016, holding various roles culminating in the position of Customer Voice & Research Analyst. Previous positions at Education Perfect include Product Launch & Operations Manager, Operations Support Specialist for the New Zealand regional team, Customer Success Manager, Executive Assistant, Admin Assistant, and Customer & Technical Support Assistant.
